Hello Everyone,

The DEV BBS is about to go live soon, so please read on for details!

DEV BBS invitations

We initially hoped to have the beta version to go out with the new character, Pistrix, however due to circumstances with game development, we will unfortunately not be able to release a separate beta version beyond what has been currently distributed.

This means the DEV BBS will focus on currently playable characters. We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to the beta version, and humbly ask for your patience until the completed game comes out to play Pistrix.

The DEV BBS will be conducted on Discord. For those of you receiving the BBS Access reward, please see Discord’s Getting Started page for information.

Invitations to the Discord server will be available through Backerkit in the Digital Downloads section from March 19th.

How to get your DEV BBS Discord invitation.

Log into your BackerKit account with your survey link or BackerKit registered email and password. (If you have lost your survey link, you can request a new one HERE, then enter your email address that you have registered with Kickstarter and hit "Get My Survey".)

When you are logged in, there will be a “Get Your Digital Downloads” button which will bring you to your Digital Downloads page and a list of downloads available to you. The “BBS Access (Discord)” item will be among the list.

DEV BBS schedule and details

The DEV BBS will run from March 19th through April 7th. We want to hear your feedback from you concerning:

1. How you feel overall about the characters and Arcana
2. Specific proposals for character and Arcana adjustments 

We cannot promise all your ideas will be implemented, but we will certainly be reviewing everything. Individual comments will not be responded to, but we are planning to announce those of your ideas which will be implemented on the BBS at a later date.

*Adjustments we will be focusing on will include base stats for characters and Arcana like power and speed, hit detection (attacks, knock back, double KOs, etc.) and damage balancing. We will not be looking at things like the addition of new moves.

Custom pixel emojis

We made special Arcana Heart pixel emojis for the DEV BBS! Express your LOVE to the MAX and give us your best reactions! The bigger reactions comments receive will help us out too!

The Arcana Heart pixel emojis will be available for free in the DEV BBS. You may of course also use your Discord server emojis and other social media icons. *Pictured above are just a sample of the 35 emojis available.

Final release outlook

We have been under continued troubles here on the development front, and are currently expecting a long delay for the release of the updated game. It is difficult for us to say when exactly the release date will be at this point, however, we are planning to make the release within this year.

We are very sorry development is taking this long and deeply apologize. Everyone is working their hardest so you will be able to enjoy the game as soon as possible. From all of us here, we please ask for your continued support. Thank you very much.

開発BBSへの招待について

新キャラクター「ピストリクス」の遊べるβ版を配信する予定でしたが、開発の都合により、現在β版としてアップロードしている以上のものを配信することができなくなってしまいました。

β版について楽しみにされてた方には誠に申し訳ございません。
ピストリクスについては、完成版の配信までお待ちいただけますようよろしくお願いいたします。 

開発BBSについては、既存キャラクターのみの調整となってしまいますが、「開発BBSへのアクセス権」の該当者に、３月１９日から順次、Backerkitにて招待URLをお送りいたします。 

開発BBSは告知通り、Discordを使って行います。

開発BBSへのアクセス権の入手方法

開発BBSへのアクセス権はBackerkitから入手できます。 英語サイトですが、以下の手順で簡単にダウンロードキーを入手することができます。

手順1
Backerkitのマイページにアクセスしましょう。

アクセスするリンクを忘れてしまった場合は下記リンクをクリックし、 「Kickstarter E-mail」と記載されている記入欄にキックスターターで登録したメールアドレスを記入し、
「Get My Survey」ボタンをクリックしてください。 メールにて、マイページにアクセスするリンクをお送りいたします。

手順2
水色の「Get Your Digital Downloads」（デジタルダウンロードを取得）ボタンをクリックしてください。
すると「Digital Downloads」（デジタルダウンロード）のページへ行きます。

手順３
「BBS Access (Discord)」の隣に招待URLが表示されます。

開発BBSのスケジュール、募集内容について

開発BBSでは3月19日～4月7日の間、皆様からご意見をいただきます。

いただきたいご意見は以下の内容となります。

①ユーザーからみた全体的なキャラクター&アルカナのランク
②キャラクターやアルカナの具体的な修正案など 

いただいた全てのご意見を実装するお約束はできませんが、いただいた内容についてはスタッフがすべて確認させていただきます。

いただいたご意見について個別に回答は行いませんが、採用させていただいたご意見については後日開発BBS内にて公表を行う予定です。

※今回調整させていただくのは、キャラクターやアルカナの基本ステータス（体力、スピード等）や、技のフレーム、判定（攻撃、喰らい、相殺等）、ダメージなどの調整であり、新技の追加などは行いません。

特製ドットemoji（絵文字）について

開発BBS用にアルカナハート特製ドットemojiを用意しました。
共感や、賛同するご意見などが投稿された場合には、こちらのemojiを使って、どんどんリアクションをつけてください。
リアクションの数も含めて参考にさせていただきます。 

また、こちらのドット絵文字については開発BBS内にて無料配布させていただきます。
お使いのDiscordサーバーのemojiや、SNSのアイコンなど、自由にご利用してください。 

※こちらに掲載しているのは6種類のみですが、全部で35種類ご用意いたしました。

完成版の配信時期について

現在、アルカナハートのバージョンアップについて、開発現場内で想定外のトラブルが続き、大変な遅れがでております。
発売日についてはまだ正式にお伝えすることができないのですが、2019年内の配信を予定しております。

開発の遅延について、大変申し訳ございません。

Pistrix & β Version

The β version with new playable character, Pistrix, was planned for release in 2018, however, development has since fallen behind schedule so unfortunately the release date will be pushed back. Once we have a new date set, we will have an announcement here in the updates. 

We are terribly sorry for the development delays and sincerely apologize for making everyone wait. The team is extending our own force to complete development and put the finished game in your hands as soon as possible. We hope we can continue to count on your support to help see the work through.

Hello Everyone,

We apologize for the lag since our last update. Here is a rundown of where we are at now. 

Pistrix and Beta Version 

The new character Pistrix was planned to be added this fall, however development has gotten behind schedule. We are on track to have the beta version up on Steam before the end of the year, so please look forward! Once we have definite schedules for both of these, we will have another announcement here on the updates. 

Pistrix Progress 

We are thankful to Shiori Izawa for doing the voicing for Pistrix. Below is a quick video with Shiori Izawa’s super cute voice during Pistrix’s victory celebration.

*All work is under development.

Reward Delivery

If there is anyone who has not yet received their rewards, please contact us through the Kickstarter messaging system. We will continue to send out rewards for those of you who have not filled out your surveys or have not given us your address until February 2019.  

If for some reason you were not able to pick up your rewards and a resend is necessary, please be aware that a resend fee will be charged before the reshipping. Rewards will now be sent from Japan, so the shipping fee may be higher than that of your original order.  

We apologize for the development delay. All of us here are working hard so you can enjoy the game as soon as possible. Your continued support is greatly appreciated!

リワードグッズの配送について  

リワードグッズについて、まだ届いていないという方がいましたら、ご連絡ください。
住所未入力などでまだ発送されていない方については、2019年2月までにご連絡いただければ、リワードグッズの発送を行わせていただきます。 

なんらかの事情により、受け取ることができず、再発送になってしまった方については、再発送費をいただいてから発送させていただいております。
海外の方については、日本からの発送となるため、最初いただいた送料より値段があがってしまう場合がございますが、ご了承ください。

Dear Backers, 

We understand it has been a long wait for the physical rewards to go out, and would like to apologize and thank you for your patience. Physical rewards will soon be on their way, so here is the current progress. 
   

Reward merchandise is at the fulfillment center 

All merchandise has been sent from our office and has arrived at the fulfillment center. (While we had originally planned to use an overseas fulfillment company, we ended up going with a domestic shipper after some issues arose.) 

Currently, the pick and pack work is underway. We are experiencing a slight delay with the Obon holiday here in Japan, but we expect shipping to begin on the 27th. 
   

Postal tracking information 

Once shipping begins from the fulfillment center, a tracking number and information link for your delivery will be sent to your registered email address. From the link you will be able to check the status of your delivery. Below are the email details:

Subject line Japanese: 【出庫のご連絡　オープンロジ】 

*Please note that tracking information will be updated depending on the tracking system, so there may be some delay with data uploading. 
   

Finalizing Addresses 

There are still a couple of days to get in address changes yet, so if you need a change in your address, we will try and get your address updated posthaste. If you had previously left out information or made a mistake, and we do not get your updated information by August 24th, it will take extra time to have your rewards delivered to you. 

For those of whom we have not received any address information or if you are late in getting back to us with your information, you can contact us by February of 2019 and we will make sure your rewards get sent to you. Please be aware that in this circumstance, there may be additional charges for storage and/or shipping. 

We again apologize for all the delays and hope we can count on your continued support.

グッズが物流センターへ到着しました。 

大変おまたせしておりますリワードグッズの発送についてですが、
無事、すべてのグッズがエクサムから発送され、日本の物流センターに到着いたしました。
（海外発送分については、海外の物流センターからの発送を予定しておりましたが、諸事情があり、日本の物流センターから発送することとなりました。）
現在、物流センターにて仕分け、ピッキング作業を行っております。
お盆休みの関係で、少し遅れがでておりますが、27日から全世界のバッカーの皆さんへ順次配送予定です。 
   

郵便の追跡情報について  

物流センターからリワードグッズの発送が開始次第、注文番号ごとに登録していただいたメールアドレスに、追跡情報を確認できるURLが送られます。
これによって、リワードグッズの配達状態がどのようになっているのか調べることができます。
追跡情報については、以下の件名、メールアドレスにてお送りさせていただきます。

・件名（日本語）：【出庫のご連絡　オープンロジ】
・件名（英語）：【Dispatch notice for your order】 

※追跡情報の反映につきましては、システムや通信環境の影響により、データ反映に遅れが生じる場合があります。 
    

住所不明のユーザーについて 

現在、送り先住所について情報が抜けている方や、送り先住所を入力していただけなかった方ついて、エクサムから直接メールを送り聞き取りを行っております。
発送準備の都合上8月24日までに情報をいただけていないお客様については、リワードグッズの発送が遅れる可能性がございます。 

住所をいただけてないお客様についても、2019年2月までにご連絡いただければ、リワードグッズの配送を行わせていただきます。
ただし、グッズの保管や、配送管理の都合上、別途送料をいただく可能性がございますので、ご留意ください。

Shipping Delay Apology & Dark Heart Progress

Dear Backers, 

Rewards were previously scheduled to go out at the end of June, however a problem with the barcoding of items has arisen which will delay shipping. We are already taking care of the problem and are now looking to begin shipping in mid-August for backers both here in Japan and internationally. Once we have made further progress concerning shipping we will notify everyone through the updates. 

Reward production has been completed so we just need time for final prep and delivery. We deeply apologize for the distress these delays have caused.

   
   
Dark Heart Progress Report

We would like to announce that the in-game character art for Dark Heart is now complete.

    
   
Hiroyuki Mano, who is also in charge of the pixel art, did the drawing for Dark Heart’s visual.

リワードグッズ発送遅延のお詫び&ダークハートの進捗報告  

6月末に発送予定だったリワードグッズについてですが、商品を認識するためのバーコードに問題があった為、発送に遅れがでております。
こちらの問題については、すでに解決の目処がたっており、海外国内ともに8月中旬からの発送開始を予定しております。
発送については、進捗があり次第、アップデートにてお知らせいたします。  

リワードグッズについては、すべて揃っている状態で、あとは送るだけとなっております。
リワードグッズの遅延により、皆様にご迷惑おかけしましたこと、深くお詫び申しあげます。

   

ダークハートの進捗報告  

ダークハートのゲーム内のキャラクタービジュアルが完成したのでご報告いたします。
